Wonderful Easter Day

Easter was wonderful this year. It was very low key. Greg and I took a rainy morning walk with the boys down to Starbucks. Jeff and Parker came over shortly after that and we had deviled eggs, fritata, and salad for brunch. All 3 cousins had a mini Easter egg hunt in the living room. (it was pretty wet outside) Ian loved collecting eggs and putting them in his basket. Ryan wasn't as into it, but he did enjoy the candy inside. Once Ian realized there was candy in the plastic eggs he was unstoppable. He ate all his candy and half of Ryan's. Luckily Ryan is a good sharer. Parker loved collecting the eggs, but wasn't as into the candy. After brunch we skyped with Great Grandma and Mimi and Papa (all the way from Europe) and then I went for a run. It was a peaceful and relaxing morning. The boys are upstairs and are supposed to be napping but they are chatting away in some twin language that we don't understand. They keep saying each others names and laughing :-) Brothers!! On another note, we did consider going to church this morning, but didn't ended up deciding against it. Maybe when the kids are a little older. Happy Easter to everyone.
